Wordworth

Last night was all about doing something practical on a vintage computer so I managed to get hold of a copy of wordworth for the Amiga. Something I used a lot for school work especially gcse. It even prints to my laserjet!

Amiga 500 Plus

First post in a while and first Amiga post. Last night I performed the drive swap hack so I can boot from DF1 which has a gotek usb drive attached. I will post some updates on my Amiga collection as I have a few nifty bits of nostalgia.

Loads of new stuff

Hi, Just a short post to say there have been many changes at mac-mann. When I get some time I will post a write up. Needless to say the site is now fully resilient with two physical hosting locations and a private/public cloud as well as CDN.

New Infrastructure

This week has been an interesting one for Mac Mann. First off I built an AFP to NFS gateway using a Raspberry PI so my old macs running apple talk can share with my other systems via Samba. Also this weekend I moved the mac mann website “in house” on my own private proxmox cloud….
